How do I get a refund when canceling out of an OGA event?
Prior to the close of entries a player may cancel their entry and receive a refund. See below on how to cancel a registration, refund policies and transfer of entry.

OGA Adult event Refund/ Withdrawal policy: Refunds are not available after the closing date except for documented medical reasons. All refunds are subject to a $10 administrative fee for the OGA Tour and a $20 administrative fee for any OGA championship. After the close of entry, players who unofficially withdraw without an acceptable reason and without notifying the OGA will not be granted entry into any future OGA events for a minimum of one year.
Transfers OGA Tour: players may transfer their registration to another OGA Tour event. Transfers are only available by contacting the OGA prior to the registration deadline and there is space available basis in the event the player is transferring to.
Transfers Oregon Amateur or Oregon Mid-Amateur Qualifier: players may transfer their registration to another Oregon Amateur or Oregon Mid-Amateur qualifying site. Transfers are only available by contacting the OGA prior to the registration deadline and there is space available basis in the qualifying site the player is transferring to.
