      How to calculate a Course Handicap

      A player’s Course Handicap refers to the number of strokes they receive based on their Handicap Index and the Course Rating, Slope Rating and Par on a specific set of tees at a specific course.  You can calculate your course handicap by: 

      • Using the OGA “Course Handicap Tables” located at each course  
      • Using the Handicap Calculator on your GHIN mobile app 
      • Inputting the course information or use select lookup, on the USGA Course Handicap Calculator
