We see this as an opportunity to encourage new players, Juniors and players who play shorter length courses to establish a Handicap Index®. Lowering the minimum length for a course to be rated means there will be more opportunities for players to easily post scores through technology such as GHIN Mobile App, GHIN.com, Tournament Management or other applicable methods.
