I lost my voucher, can it be replaced?

Your specific voucher will be emailed to you closer to the April 28, 2026 production date. Please check back in your email and print your voucher to be redeemed at the DMV. Your purchase of a voucher is a transaction between you and the Oregon Junior Golf Fund, Inc. If you cannot locate your voucher by email, please contact us at licenseplate@oga.org to resend it. Do not contact the DMV.
