      How often is a course rated?

      Does the course rating expire?

      USGA requires that every course is rated at a minimum of 10 years. OGA rates most courses on a 7 year cycle. Courses may also be re-rated due to construction and yardage changes. After 10 years, a rating is expired and MUST not be used for posting to a scoring record.
