Can I use a golf cart during an OGA event?

Most every OGA championship and event allow players to use a carts. There are a few exceptions and those are: the Oregon mens and women's Amateur, any of Oregon Amateur qualifier, the men's, women's  and men's master-4o division of the Oregon Stroke Play Championship and any USGA Qualifier (except the U.S. Senior Men's and Women's Amateur qualifiers).
