In Golfer Lookup, why can't I see full scoring information in the golfer's record?

When looking up a golfer who is not a member of your own club, you will notice that the golfer's score is displayed along with the Course Rating and Score Differential, but the Course Name and day the score was played is missing (the score date will simply show the month / year). This is due to data privacy reasons. However, you will see these details on members of your own club.
