      How will members be reminded that that their membership is ending or auto renewing?

      Active members approaching their Paid-Through date will receive automated email reminders beginning 14 days prior to lapse or scheduled auto-renewal.

      • Manual renewal members receive a payment link in the reminder.

      • Auto-renew members can review and adjust renewal options from the reminder.
      • Upon successful payment, renewal reminders are suspended until the subsequent membership year.
