How do I process a refund for a member?
If you would like to process a refund for a paid club member, please contact membership@oga.org. Be sure to include your club name, member's name, amount of payment, the date of the payment, and the amount of the refund.
Once processed, refunds will post onto your members original form of payment within 72 hours.
