      Does our club have to use online payments for everyone?

      No, recognizing that there are those who need to or prefer to pay by check or cash, your memberplanet admin portal can support both.

      Please visit the Roster Management section of the memberplanet Help Center for a full guide on how to record an offline payment and activate both former and new members to your club.

      Please remember that if you are using memberplanet for online payments, members must be added via your memberplanet Admin Portal and not the GHIN Admin Portal.
