Can I have a caddie?

Can I use a caddie during a championship?

Yes, for any OGA Adult championship or event a player can use a caddie. It is common for players to use a caddie to help them during a OGA Championship or USGA Qualifier.  A caddie can also be used during an OGA Tour and Women's Interclub Competitions as well, however it is less common during one of these events.  

It is important to know that the player is responsible for their caddie during their round and could include any violations of the OGA Code of Conduct Policy as well. 

There are restrictions for the use of caddies at OGA Junior Golf events and caddies are not permitted.
